At Crystal Care Agency, the team’s focus is on providing the best care services for clients, many of whom have learning disabilities or present with challenging behaviours.

Their priority as a care agency is to find people with the right values and behaviours to work within their home care services. They are looking for people who share their values of trust and respect for clients and other members of the team.

Carers should be able to treat service users with dignity and respect, show compassion and display a huge commitment to quality and being the best in what they do.



Rates of pay vary from £10 up to £12 depending on your experience.
